About Us
R. Scott Devers, Senior Inspector

Scott founded On The Level Home Inspections in September of 2002 after
18 years in the construction business world. After college Scott worked as a cabinetmaker and historic restoration carpenter,
as a foreman, superintendent and project manager. He was also the production manager for several construction component manufacturing
facilities in the area. This varied background created a unique knowledge base on which to found the company. Since founding
the company Scott has pursued many different professional credentials within the home inspection industry achieving the top
level of certification from both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI-Certified Inspector), and the National Association
of Home Inspectors (NAHI-CRI). Scott is also a professional member of the International Code Council (ICC), and is licensed
by the state of WV in Home Inspection and Radon testing.
Tim Davis, Inspector

Tim Davis joined On The Level in July of 2007. Tim is a veteran of the
United States Army, worked in restaurant management, and ran his own home improvement company prior to joining our company.
Tim is a graduate of the American Home Inspection Training Academy (AHIT), has passed the National Home Inspectors Exam,is
an affiliate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and is in the process of working toward the top level of certification.
Tim is licensed by the state of WV in Home Inspection and has passed the National Radon Safety Board certification exam.
Christy Davis, Marketing and Bookkeeping

Christy joined On The Level in November of 2007. Christy is a graduate
of the College of William and Mary. Christy is an affiliate member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors and the Eastern
Panhandle Board of Realtors, representing On the Level at continuing education and community service events as well as keeping
all of our records in order.
Americas Call Center, Phones and Scheduling
On The Level started using Americas
Call Center as our front office in January of 2007. The team there answers the phones and schedules appointments six days
a week, Monday through Saturday. These professionals are well versed in our pricing and services and are in constant contact
with our team in the field.
